Ask us to delete your data
Call +964 750 861 8008 and ask us to delete your data. Tell us:
- your name and the email address or phone number you used with us
- the app or service you used (if any), and your username on it
We delete the personal data we hold about you and confirm when it’s done.
If you connected Facebook or Instagram to one of our services
You can also remove our access yourself:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → remove our app.
- Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove our app.
- WhatsApp: call +964 750 861 8008 and we’ll disconnect your number.
When access is removed, we delete the data received through that connection within 30 days.
What we keep
Only what the law requires, such as financial records. Backups are overwritten within 90 days.
